so, who am I?? let me answer your burning questions below….just kidding this is the shortest version possible of a very long story:
I was born and raised in Ottawa by old school parents who luckily instilled at a very young age that being active is of the utmost importance. I grew up playing all the sports and luckily I was just naturally good at them. I actually didn’t start out in a gym until I was in my mid 20s and decided to become a personal trainer.
I fell in love with helping people, I realized very quickly that being a PT or online coach isn’t just about getting people to their goals it’s about lending an ear and sharing past experiences that can help change peoples lives.
I am a recovering alcoholic. I am very proud of this and its a huge part of who I am as a coach. You may wonder what that has to do with anything but it has to do with everything because the second I chose sobriety, I became a better person. I see life through a positive lens and my hope is that through that lens I can help guide others to get out of their ruts, do things they never thought possible and find who they truly are as individuals.
I predominantly work with women, I find we have a unique spot in the world and navigating nutrition, training and mental health why dealing with our physiological difference can be extremely difficult when you don’t know what to do. So here I am, here to help. Here to educate you on your physiology, to inspire you to do great things and empower you to be yourself.
