As an online client we start the onboarding process a few weeks before an official start date.
Once an intake form has been filled out, I will review it to see if we are a good match. If I think you will be a good addition to the team, then we proceed with a FREE consultation either in person or via zoom. During the consultation I will be reviewing your intake form and assessing your movements.
Once the consult is completed I start working on your personalized program while you start filling in the metrics sheet. This is our holy grail; the metrics sheet is what provides me all the data I need to ensure we proceed in the right direction with your nutrition and training.
I will need at least one full week of data before we officially start.
From there I will recommend your nutrition with calories, macro nutrients and micro nutrients. We will review the life style changes that need to be made and start our weekly check ins.
Weekly check ins are done on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesdays.
Video review of your program is very important; this requires you to send recordings of your movements for me to review and give technique feedback. This is how we really make changes in the gym.
