“I hadn’t been to a gym in many many years, and had never worked with trainer, when I met Sarah I knew she was a good fit for me- her energy is gold and she shows up 100% as her authentic self.
In the past I had done many home work outs which ultimately led me to under eating and a neck injury. Postpartum and mom life had left me with very little muscle strength and one of my main goals for seeking out training with Sarah was to increase my strength.
Outside of her training expertise, sarah’s deep knowledge of muscle mind connections, the nervous system, nutrition and overall wellness were an added bonus of working with her.
Sarah created programs that were trailered exactly to my needs and had me build muscles I didn’t even know existed. When I first started working with her there were muscles I could not even engage but with consistency and her support the muscle mind connection was created and I could feel my strength building- little did I know she would be teaching me how to deadlift in a few short months of working with her. Sarah was flexible with my programming so on days my nervous system needed some TLC we were able to take training outside to the sunshine and focus on overall movement. Sarah moved me away from focusing on the numbers on the scale and towards how my body composition was changing and how my body felt.
With Sarah’s support, I can navigate the gym confidently and push myself to do things I did not think possible.”

“I had been casually strength training for a few years when I decided I wanted to work with someone one-on-one to customize my training and nutrition. I had done plenty of template workouts, meal plans, and group training programs, and decided I wanted to be more dialed in. That's when I started working with Sarah. I loved that she took the time to learn about my experience and comfort levels with fitness, that she had a lot of experience with a wide variety of training styles and sports, and that she was actively expanding her knowledge of nutrition, psychology, and pretty much anything related to the human body.
Sarah is great with helping set health and fitness goals, track progress, and stay accountable. But she never shames and is the most chill, compassionate person you will come across. She takes a very realistic, no bullshit approach to her coaching while making you feel incredibly supported, cheered on, and understood. She has helped me think through challenges in my career, personal relationships, and probably most importantly, my own mindset.
One of my memorable moments with Sarah has been her coaching me through my first powerlifting competition. It was a goal I had held for over two years but had stalled on mostly because I was so nervous to not do well. Sarah gave me a realistic schedule and lots of nutrition advice to lead me up to my special day, and then she went above and beyond by volunteering to be my handler for the day. She sacrificed her Saturday and drove over two hours roundtrip to support me through all my nerves and adrenaline. I'm so proud to say that we nailed my first meet and I placed first among all women, and I say "we" because I know my performance was directly tied to Sarah coaching.

I met Sarah about 7 years ago. We were coworkers at the time, I was just beginning my fitness journey and she was powerlifting. It was Sarah who inspired me to lift heavy and even though she wasn’t my coach at that time she was always there encouraging me, giving me tips and feedback.
