Online Coaching Terms & Agreement

By enrolling in online coaching services with “Evolve with Sarah” , you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and expectations.

1.Coaching Commitment:

  • online coaching requires consistency and commitment to achieve meaningful results. All clients agree to a minimum coaching commitment of three (3) consecutive months.

    This time frame allows adequate opportunity to implement programming, make adjustments, and build sustainable progress.

    Early termination before the three-month commitment does not qualify for a refund.

2.Payment Terms

Payment for coaching may be completed in one of the following ways:

Option 1- Paid In Full: Full payment for the initial 3-month coaching commitment is made before coaching begins.

Option 2- Split payment: if paying in instalments:

  • 50% of the total coaching cost is due before coaching begins

  • the remaining 50% is due at the completion of the initial 3-month coaching term

    Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of coaching services.

After the initial 3-month coaching commitment is completed, coaching will automatically transition to a month-to-month agreement unless otherwise cancelled by either party.

Month-to- month coaching payments will be due on the same date each month based on the clients original coaching start date.

Clients wishing to discontinue coaching after the initial commitment period must provide 30 days notice prior to their next billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.

3.Client Responsabilites

For coaching to be effective, clients agree to actively participate in the process.

Clients agree to:

  • complete scheduled workouts as programmed

  • Track and submit requires metrics ( such as weight, photos, measurements, nutrition and other data)

  • complete regular check-ins as required

  • Submit training videos for technique review

communicate openly about challenges, injuries, schedule changes or concerns

Consistent participation allows coaching adjustments to be made and progress to be monitored effectively

4.Coaching Support & Expectations

Your coach will provide:

  • personalized programming

  • personalized nutrition

  • guidance and feedback

  • Adjustments based on progress and data

support and accountability throughout the coaching process

However, results depend on the client’s consistency and effort. While your coach will guide, educate and support you, they cannot complete the work on your behalf.

6.Progress 4 Realistic Expectations

Progress is rarely linear. There may be:

  • plateaus

  • schedule disruption

  • periods of slower progress

  • lifestyle challenges

Clients agree to remain committed to the process and continue following the plan even when challenges arise. Long-term results require patience, consistency and resilience.

6.Communicate

Clients are encourage to communicate openly with their coach. Questions, concerns, and feedback are welcome and help improve the coaching process.
